About Dr. Peggy Winston-Pritchett
Dr. Peggy Winston-Pritchett is the founder of the nonprofit organization named Dr. Winston-Pritchett's Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc., which is doing business as Dr. Peggy's Karaoke for the Cure and Dr. Peggys 5K Walk for the Cause. Born in Alabama, yet a native of Hampton, VA. She is one of five children born to Mr. Arbutory "Dee" (deceased) and Mrs Pearlie Winston. Dr. Peggy currently resides in Portage, IN. She has been a resident of the state of IN for the 15 years. She was educated in the Hampton VA public school system. Dr. Peggy was an honor student throughout her academic years.
A two-time graduate of Hampton University where Dr. Peggy obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2019, she received her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Peggy has worked in management positions in the automotive manufacturing industry for 20+ years. She has worked for both Chrysler and Ford Motor Company.
Dr. Peggy is a 23 year three-time breast cancer survivor who has detailed her first breast cancer experience in her book entitled "My Breast Cancer Story, the Anatomy of Tears." She is also a motivational speaker. sh is currently writing her next book. She is a member of the following organizations:
